Raleigh, IL – Elgin Equipment Group’s Centrifugal Services LLC (CSi) announces the addition of NETZSCH progressive cavity pumps to its line of cuttings dryers and decanting centrifuges for the global oil and gas exploration industry.
As a result of entering into an OEM agreement with NETZSCH Pumps North America, LLC, CSi now can supply selective NEMO® progressive cavity pumps to its oilfield customers. This product line extension responds to customer requests for CSi to offer pumps used to move drilling fluid and liquid phase discharge from cuttings dryers to decanting centrifuges, products that CSI manufactures and supplies.
CSi offers three (3) each of NEMO progressive cavity pumps with ratings of 14-96 gpm, 7.5 hp for models NM053B and NM053S; 30-150 gpm, 10 hp for models NM063B and NM063S; and, 50-240 gpm, 20 hp for models NM076B and NM076S. “B” models are available with an option to facilitate installing an automated VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) which is not included; “S” models come equipped with a manual turn wheel controller.
The available NEMO pump assemblies come complete with oilfield skid-type base plate and offer the following standard features and user benefits:
